More than 75% of the projects we work on, homeowners are not there between 9am and 5pm and so we are accustomed to working alone in private, residential homes. In the 8 years that we’ve been working, we have never had any incident regarding personal possessions in any client’s home so you can be assured that your presence at home is not necessary and you can have greater assurance that all personal possessions will remain intact and the house will be cleaned up and tools removed by the time you return home from work.
