What are your hours of operation? Do you work weekends?

    For the most part, we are 8am to 5pm. However, sometimes
    we may adjust the schedule slightly, but only after your
    approval. There is some work conducted on weekends, and
    we will always ask for your approval if that is an acceptable
    option for you and your family. Under circumstances where
    there are specific deadlines to be met we may ask if working
    both weekend days is a possibility. But again, we will always
    honor your preference.
